Returns

We hope you love your Florence Marine X gear, but we understand that sometimes products don’t fit, or you just want to return your purchase. That’s not a problem! 

You can return your items to us as long as:

• You made your purchase from Florence Marine X UK (this site only)
• Your purchase was received within the last 30 days
• Your product(s) are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, have the original tags and packaging.

How to Return Your Item

Please package your return up as securely as possible and include a note with your original order number, name, contact information and reason for return.

Currently, we do not currently offer exchanges. If you need a different size, please return the original item(s) for a refund and place a new order as soon as it's convenient.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returns and ensuring they get to us safely. We will be unable to accept responsibility for returns that are lost in transit to us. We recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of postage.
